Job Summary:
Our PM serving team is responsible for providing high quality service and guiding our guests through their dining experience. Must be able to learn food & beverage menus thoroughly, answer guest questions, and navigate guest dietary restrictions. Ideal candidate has enthusiasm for excellent hospitality, experience serving in a fine dining setting, and is comfortable navigating a non-traditional wine list.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or similar setting
- ABC certified or able to complete certification within 30 days of hire
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Wine service experience
- Agave based spirit knowledge a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs
- $7.25/hr + Service Charge + Tips
Compensation: $21.20 - $35.00 per hour
