Tantísimo is a Latin American farm-to-table café and restaurant in Sylvan Park. We offer a rotating seasonal menu blending Middle Tennessee’s best produce and proteins with authentic Latin American cuisine, an all-Latin American wine program, dedicated espresso program, thoughtful agave list, and Latin inspired cocktail menu.
Our café operates from 7am-2pm and our restaurant from 5pm-10pm Tuesday-Sunday. We are committed to both the guest and employee experience. Our ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, has a passion for hospitality, and the desire to grow their knowledge. While our positions can be divided into Front of House and Back of House, the guest experience is a shared responsibility for everyone who works in our house. All members of the house are a team and should expect to collaborate duties as such

AM Line- Our AM kitchen crew will be responsible for breakfast and lunch menus for both dine-in and takeout. Must have the ability to work cleanly and efficiently in a high volume setting.
- Minimum 1 year experience in high volume kitchen
- Ability to expo
- Ability tois “ stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs
- ServSafe certified or able to complete certification within 30 days of hire
- Hourly DOE + Service Charge
Compensation: $21.20 per hour
